Hi bobobo,
I see no reason why you should send them your ex blue card........be careful about doing this since a case worker might interpret it differently, thus,how are you able to produce that original document but not the rest.Do not give them chance to ask more questions.

It will be better to resubmit your application and send them all of the documents you,ve listed that you have.If you do that, it will give you a sound and clear case.

I just want to ask when you got married and when decree absolute was given.Also did you send the ukba the decree absolute which form did you use.Can you list which documents they stated on your letter to add to your application.When were you given the RC and when does it run out?.

Waiting times

Hi,
I made an application after divorce on the 02/01/2010 which the home office received on 04/10.2010.I received a certificate of application(COA)on 30/01/2010,but the letter was dated 26/01/2010. I believe wating times are better now compared to previous applications made by people on this forum

I sent more than just a letter to them........Rather all relevant documents laid therein in the directive.Anyway, when is your RC expiring?. I wonder why my home office reference number has /2 now.Any ideas as to what it means.

Thanks fro your suggestion............what i sent to UKBA was a letter notifying them of divorce,Decree Absolute,and prove that my ex has been working until divorce.Anyway, can i ask how many years you were married before divorce?
