the payslips for that year are fine and if you want to be very safe request a letter from your employer to add to it.

yes you can as long as you can provide evidence of her exercising her treaty rights from the time of marriage till December 2011 and that you have been living together .

married to eea in may 2003
granted RC in sept 2006
divorced in june 2010
applied for retention of rights in aug 2010
granted pr on the 15 dec 2010
my question is this when can i apply for bc?

i can confirmed that an inland revenue history can be enough to prove that someone has been working. you still need to proof of cohabitation

yes i applied for retention got pr because i was married for 7 years and my ex was working during the duration of our marriage till the decree absolute . i send all the payslips and p60 as well as proof of cohabitation for the 7 years

i think it will best for you to apply with your passport and request it after you receive the coa i do not think the fact that you request your passport will delay that much your application as the ho can put her residence on a piece of paper

hi racin, your approach may backfired i think you should send as many proof as you possibly can so that the ho would not come back to you i send more than a kilo of proof and i have just received my passport with pr . i did not called the ho nor did they contacted me for anything. it is up to you go...

when i applied i didn't filled any form i just write a cover letter and send all documents of my ex plus my documents. so i will advise you to send a cover letter

since your wife have another work you do not need a health insurance . in fact you don't need to tell them that she is self employed. that is my opinion on that. i could be wrong .
