hi guys,
a friend of my has been accused by the ho for obtaining pr by deception. my question is this: can his pr been revoked? he has been in uk legally for 10years. the accusation is that they do not believe the spouse was working

hi everybody, i applied for a retention of rights following the divorce with my ex. i have already received the coa .
my question is: can i request my passport back as i have to travel urgently to my country .
the expiry date of my eea family member is 2011.

if your partner leave uk before divorce absolute that means you lose your right of residency as she is not exercising her treaty rights

my friend is student and only do part time job he is so afraid of losing his student visa in case the spouse visa is turned down as for the child tax credit i have just phoned him and he confirmed that his wife is also taking it.

thanks for your quick reply she is claiming only child benefit .as to why he has not apply yet for spouse visa it is because he is afraid that because she received the bursary and the child benefit not the child tax credit as far as i know. once more thank you very much for your quick reply
