it is not MY logic :D it is the statement of Home Office that ILR holders are NOT subject to immigration control. Landing card IS immigration control and VERY detail one i have to say. WHY HO contradicts itself? anyone can answer? :D

Home Office clearly states that ILR holders are NOT subject to immigration control yet they are not consistent in this particular requirement with landing card. You said the travel insurance may be used. Is it because they do not shown the FULL name on the policy ?? Sorry... what do you means ?? Means that travel insurance documents may not be used as documentary evidence to prove cohabitation. regards mean that insurance of ANY kind is NOT a document!!!

i think you already have a problem as you are no longer married to a "reason" for you to live here. you can't apply for ILR extention nor for naturalisation.

I think by law you husband employer needs to give advance notice before can make him redundant. (3 month consultation and 1 month notice period usually). Why he only given few days notice?
