Atleast in this summer they are doing what they claim to do i.e. processing under 12 weeks hmmmm thats way i like it.

Not a good idea to skip vital bits of your application which constitute your overall application.

And one more thing for your FLR(M) application to be a successfull one is that your marriage is ongoing and subsisting by the time you make application for the spouse visa.
