you need Life in the uk test certificate - if you are applying for settlement

you dont need it if you are applying for extension only

here is the alternative that i just think of: tell me what do you think. can i ask my friend to give me a checque for the said amount ie £1093 payable to home office and include that cheque in my application form. is that acceptable to home office, you think? or am i doing something wrong here by go...

thanks, i have paid application fees by PO up until now for my visa fees. this is the first time i'll be using the card and im a bit nervous. hopefully they will realise that its a government body using my details and will not go a bit over zealous regarding the transaction and their anti fraud meas...

Can the author of spreadsheet please change the date format so it displays date which everyone can understand! eg.
