Re: Long Residence (10 years) SET (LR) applications

They might send you the Questionnaire Form and ask to submit SA302's, as what they did in my case.
Firstly, I received complex issue letter and later after couple of months they send me a Questionnaire Form and also to send SA302 from my Self Employment work

I think you have to provide all SA302's for Self Employment work, in your case i believe from 2011 - current (if you still elf employed) I have reque...

Re: SUPER URGENT : AAT PEO now - Unique Case

But why the OP is so confident that his friend will get the ILR same day? Especially when he is on Entrepreneur Visa, So many cases are there on the forum where the Applicant have not received the decision same day.
Any trick ??? will love to know ;)

Re: Shoplifting and ILR

Hi Casa,

Thanks for the reply. Is it possible to send additional documents (like a covering letter) mentioning the Shoplifting Penalty, before the application is considered. And what consequences i can face after declaring that, could the application be rejected ?

Thanks

Thanks for the prompt reply. Does that mean my dependent will have to apply again for the ILR or she can apply for the British Passport ?
