Re: Long Residence (10 years) SET (LR) applications

Vary wife's application to FLR(M), you have to pay the IHS Surcharges, plus proof of you earnings of around £18600 (without any dependant), plus 6/12 each person proofs that you are cohabiting.
And request them to hold the decision until the Main Applicant's application has been decided.

Reading the article this morning about the Teresa May’s Deport first, Appeal Later policy for Foreign Criminals been ruled out UNLAWFUL by the Supreme Court, and that they have failed to establish that the rule struck a fair balance between the rights of the men and the interest of the community. Re: 10yr ILR Route - Looking for Tax-Immigration Solicitors

I have also varied my application from SET(O) to SET(LR) and received the same Questionnaire Form, you just need to fill all the details about your Self Employment work you did and any amendments at the time of your Tier 1 application.

Re: Long Residence (10 years) SET (LR) applications

faysal_cu
They might send you the Questionnaire Form and ask to submit SA302's, as what they did in my case.
Firstly, I received complex issue letter and later after couple of months they send me a Questionnaire Form and also to send SA302 from my Self Employment work

rms115 Yes ..You are right there is no year mentioned in the letter. My Tier 1 extension was on the basis of Self Employment that's why I wrote that. I think you have to provide all SA302's for Self Employment work, in your case i believe from 2011 - current (if you still elf employed) I have reque...

Re: SUPER URGENT : AAT PEO now - Unique Case

But why the OP is so confident that his friend will get the ILR same day? Especially when he is on Entrepreneur Visa, So many cases are there on the forum where the Applicant have not received the decision same day.
Any trick ??? will love to know ;)

Re: Shoplifting and ILR

Hi Casa,

Thanks for the reply. Is it possible to send additional documents (like a covering letter) mentioning the Shoplifting Penalty, before the application is considered. And what consequences i can face after declaring that, could the application be rejected ?

Thanks
