i submitted Police clearance certificate(PCC) as one of the requirement for canadian immigration that means there is record in Police database of my certificate. when homeoffice will look at this database they will see my case... @visitkans, I think your friend is in the breach of immigration rule. If your employment with the company ends that invalidates your work permit and visas attached to it. You cannot travel to UK on that visa. Reason homeoffice did not notice your re-entry coz your employer did not notify homeoffice....
