try the phone number at 08:58 or 08:59 in the morning and hold the line.. you will definitely connect at 9 and can speak to human not machine..

I think some solictors do have urgent appoinments with them.. may be OISC registered only.

I would advice you to contact local Citzenship and advice bureau and they will be able to guide you to the right direction. They even can give advice you on your ILR application.

Going to solicitor will cost you fotune..

You will not be able to avail them i think if you are not in these countries.
They would check yur eligibilty before granting any fund.

If the emplyer is taken over by another Company then the Employer should inform the Home Office so that they can update their record.
This could be problem but if you can get letter from employer that earlier employer is now operating with different name might help .

@smKasim I understand Solicitor is representing your case but did they tell your solicitor the reason for further verfication.I think generally they tell the reason why they cannot grant ILR on same day and what kind of verfication they will do. Because you might be able to give them some supporting...

I thought as per the guidance notes you will have to either show Bank statements or pay slips but not both..

I am not sure if your problem is less fund or something coz there will be same amount in your Bank statement also..
