hi, I shall extend my visa in august 2010, and my course will finish in November 2010. so i need extension for three months. Anybody can help me with exact funding requiremnt. is this GBP1600 or GBP 2400 for three months, apart from tuition fee which is already paid in full. cheers.

There are rumours that Topup degrees and master degrees will no more eligible for PSW. Only three years bachelors degrees holders will qualify for PSW. Is this true????

there is very clear guidance by HO regarding your point. If college is suspended then no effect on student, untill u want to extend ur visa, but if college liscense is withdrawn, then u must get admission in other college within 60 days and HO will send u a letter if ur college liscence is withdrawn...

I shall try to find someone, but I am not taking classes for ACCA since May 2009 as I ve completed the papers, Except P2, but I am sure u can get PSW on OBU degree, try to talk with some solicitor, or contact your colllege admin. Best of luck.

hi, I got OBU degree in august 2008, but tought that I am not eligible for PSW, so didnt apply. Later i came to know that based on ur OBU, you can apply for PSW, many students got PSW on OBU. But as I am left with one paper of ACCA now, I wonder is ACCA qualified student can apply for PSW?

anyone please clear this gap point. I am confused how much is the maximum gap allowed between courses?

I have to topup my current CMI qualification with a master degree. My CMI will be finished by feb2010, my visa will expire in august 2010. I want to get admission for a topup course. MY question is, is this right i can give 4 months gaps between the courses?

Hi there, I applied for visa extension on 28th spetember 2009 and got my extension in 2010. My course will be finished in february 2010, and my current visa is valid untill august 2010. That how much is the maximum gap between courses is allowed by HO? its quiete confusing me as i think its 4 months...

Hi, If college is suspended then no effecte on students, If college is withdrawn from the register then you will have 60 days to get admission in other institute.
