Once we get appeal form with refusal letter from ECO. Then what is the best and quickest secure way to appeal? is it through Gerry's International or posting documents directly to Loughborough or Croydon through courier?

My Visa has refused on only one stupid and useless objection. You know what the reason is the Nikkahnama is invalid as it is not registered in Union Council.
