hi every1 i called the homeoffice again today after they told me on monday that its under consideration .they told me today that its still in the caseworkers department does any1 know how long will it take?

hi i am not a senior member but my mum was on hsmp you can not stay outside uk for more than 90 days in 1 year and i think 270 days in total even after you get ilr it will affect your naturlisation application.once you have british passport you can stay for as long as you want.

hi i applied for bc on the 10th of may via ncs i spoke to ukba today and got the same old answer once again.i applied under hsmp jr dependant category it was a family application.

hi you should clear all your outstanding balance with hmrc otherwise they will reject your application and you will loose your fees i applied at birmingham peo as a hsmp dependant and my mum was self employed they confirmed with hmrc if she had any outstanding balance or not they even asked her for ...
