I believe your case was just given to a caseworker and he/she spotted the error.
Finger cross, your passport will get back to you soon. Remember election is around the corner and labour are fighting for more vote through all means.

The kids are not legal, nor will they ever be until a parent get's ILR or they turn 18. Where did you get the 18years from? As far as I know and can quote you if you want it 10years. Yes children born here can be registered as British after 10 years but it won't help the parents. Incidently, where ...
