I received a letter from HO acknowledging the receipt of my application and also saying that they could not find the payment form in the application.

Type of Application:2 years WP+2 Years HSMP+1 Year Tier 1 General Method:NCS Hatfield Date of Application:15th March Account Debited:31st March Acknowledgement letter:25th March.The NCS guys forgot to send the payment form to HO,i had to resend form on 25th as requested by HO. Telephone enquiry 19/4...

So it is dicretionary only and what about appying together

The my wife wont be eligible for ILE as we are married only for 15 months in total,of which 12 months we were together in UK.
