the guy above shouldnt have gotten naturalised as thieves are not of good character. u dont just get a pcn for shoplifting, the shop.must have proof and u can always dispute it if it were a misinderstanding. if cctg clearly shows u picking up goods and looking around etc obviously acting dishonestly...

Re: Complex Permutation - Naturalization; Number of days abs

Hi, I just got granted ILR on the 9th August 2012. Under normal circumstances, I should apply for citizenship 8th August 2013. However this is not possible for me. The problem is here: - I'm on a secondment/assignment in NYC with my work for 1 year dates from 1 June 2012 - 30 May 2013. - It may or ...

i wonder why u simply did not refuse to.amswer such intrusive questions! u should have asked him what difference would any of my amswers make and what would he do if u didn't answer? obviously, it is a good idea to print out the 5.2-5.3 and shove it in the IOs face without saying a word. should he p...

I strongly suggest u appealed! the point behidnnd the csi is to avoid people.being unreasonable burdens on society. therefore, if one never claimed anything, there is.no.burden. i would strongly insist on appealing as it is ridiculous.to.refuse on.a.technicality. good.luck.and.hope.u succeed.

That would be an interesting video: two people having gender ... with each other, I suppose. I hope you are not too old to learn (like myself and everybody else), and so I would like to explain that in English gender is a property of a single person , not an activity (either of one person or a grou...

The bc process is Only complete once u attend the ceremony and get a naturalisation certificate. Passport has nothing to do with it, it is only a form of proof to enable u to travel.

Thank you for the reply. I suppose I am in shock due to how difficult the process had been so far (hassle with CSI during PR application, then the failed payment of the fee due surely to a mistake on their part, now this letter at the least opportune moment). I will ask my relative to reply and I'm...

Heya Look up section 6(2) of the British Nationality Act 1981 and the schedule which explains that among the requirements is to be free from immigration control a the time of application. In Schedule 2 of the 2006 EEA Regulations it clearly states that a person with PR is free from immigration contr...

cheeka, how on earth would a letter prove anything? for all they know, she could have written, signed and dated it herself. If you are getting at the point that the border guards can pick on someone, they certainly can, but unless they have reasons to doubt that she still falls under the category of...

bottom line, if your wife gets a visa, that's it, don't worry about anything else, speaking from practice, NOONE EVER asks whether the visa was issued and applicant still eligible. No letter etc, visa is enough, don't overcomplicate. A visa is not enough to travel with...... Speaking from previous ...

That's right, under UK law, one cannot get married if already married (ur marriage in Indonesia is the legal impediment to registering ur marriage in te uk). And yes, marriage conducted in accordance with the indonesian law must be recognised by every country as legal. I would not even bother contac...

One thing I know for sure is that the Greeks cannot demand that u bring cofirmation that UK recognises the Indonesian certificate of marriage. The Greeks either reconise certificates issued in indonesia or they don't! Would they ask an Indonesian married couple who never went abroad and are applying...
