just a quick question, PIO for life time ?

means no expiry ? normally it expires in 15 years is in it. so what does that mean.

frequent deposits of money in recent 2 months period in the bank account with raise unnessary doubt by visa issuing officer that money deposited just to get visa.

apart from that they can just apply with the documents you specified.

I am telling about my experience, i send scanned copy of sponsorship letter for my parents. they got the visa without hassle and that too twice in 3 years.

yes obviously. If the officer forgets to ask then you are lucky. If they check, you will be in trouble, and in my experience i have heard few people are sent back to their home country because of not providing leave letter. This info is not to scare, but better have holidays authorised by your colle...

yes she can travel out of UK without residence permit, but while coming back to Uk, she need to prove that she have UK residence permit to enter. what cant you go back to german embassy to obtain it

yeah, but more specifically in my case, when I provide the files for my husband's dependent visa application, it seems like I have to prove I could afford the expenditure of my husband and kid (my kid also want to get ILR)without any application of public funds. No, it wont affect your husband ILR....
