My only concern is the word immediately preceeding the date of application as in your case it's 08-06-2015. Can be asked questions by CW for not including the current months before application. My suggestion ::: make it simple while ending your equation on 31-05-2015 if it's possible

IMHO , it's your abscence which is important ... dependent abscence can be no issue until and unless there are huge gaps. I recommend to do the following: 1) Arrange your cohab in year wise basis starting from 2015/14 and than 2013 . 2) Arrange docs in " combined name " and seperate name.
