That is a very strange policy! 3 months is too short a period, most banks show online statements for 2 years. Payslips, P60,Employer letter will be considered as a single source so you do need the bank statements. Don't see any way out other than cancel the apptmt, wait for the online statements to ...

If ack letter not received, you can mention so in the cover letter and just mention the name and date of application

If it is only one dependant, the saving is £189, not worth the anxiety it could cause IMHO

Why not apply for your wife now, ie before 9th July? In any case you were planning to apply before your dependants arrive in 2013

How is the main applicant applying? PEO or Postal?

If PEO, reference number will be on the approval letter.

If postal, it will be on the acknowledgment letter.

From personal experience. no address on payslips should not matter.

Applying separately is a mere technicality. It seems logical that one would need sufficient funds to sustain a family as a whole in the UK, irrespective of when the individual members apply.

Dependent can show his/her own personal funds OR it can be the main applicant's bank account, either would work.
