Re: ILR Divident Discrepancy

If the 20K dividend was in in that tax year? you would be refused straight away either in person or Postal application.

find out why the 20K dividend wasn't declared. And rectify it immediately

Re: ILR - Refusal _URGENT

Malik,

The issue is that OP does not have the employer PAYE ref. Without that HMRC wont be able to do anything.

Getting PAYE ref of employer is only with HMRC and is protected, and one cannot get such details unless its publicly mentioned by employers on HR portal

Re: ILR - Refusal _URGENT

payslips generally dont have PAYE ref of employers . Its always on a P60 ( ETY) or P45 when you leave the employer.

Re: Will temp jobs during tier1G be a problem forNaturalisat

You read the AN booklet and the guide, You are giving consent to the HO to get records checked against HM R &C for tax and NI , employment purposes. Answer is simple if all tax and NI on income shown to HO is correct and HMRC has that data and record your application will be fine. Make sure your tax...

Re: ILR - Refusal _URGENT

we know that your employer is not appearing on the employment history.

I say again, Have you called HMRC and validated the details of the employer name in their records? There is nothing more one can do here

On what grounds will you lodge a court case? Proof of employment?

Re: ILR - Refusal _URGENT

Imran,

Have you called HMRC and validated the employer details? Does HMRC have record of that employer?

Your best option is to call them and do the needful.

You will need to lookup the archieves, Best is to call HMRC and validate the PAYE ref, w/o a PAYE ref this is difficult

Re: ILR - Refusal _URGENT

I know this is not a tax forum: From what I have read on HMRC 's web site on PAYE tax investigations and recollections, if the company is dissolved or no longer able to pay the PAYE contributions for any tax years before 2013, the employee has to repay the PAYE contribution. This is generally for cl...

Re: ILR - Refusal _URGENT

Call HMRC, Its possible that P14 and P35 submissions werent sent by that employer.

HMRC will call and investigate that with employer abt missing PAYE. But you need to send concrete proof with P60, P45 and payslips. And most imp is to validate the employers PAYE ref which you must have.

Re: Naturalisation query

That could be an issue when you worked extra hours during student visa during holidays. As you were allowed only 20 hours a week.

This could be a flaw in your application as a breach.

Re: Got ILR validity 8 years for Main & 5 years for child ??

The bio-metric encryption algorithm key chain expires in 2024, hence the new technology that will be in place by Thales will take effect, hence ILR and any photo/biometric cards have expiry even though ILR never expires.

Ok thanks for the link, I am just looking if there any statutory instruments and a statute that says if missing employment during any years on Tier1 G or if employer has not paid any taxes, what happens during BC.

Are you aware of any?

Re: HO Checking Employment History?

I'll make one last comment. Visas may have been issued in the past, but ILR & PR checks now delve more deeply. Hence a member's reference to Tier1-G ILR refusals after applicants have been given visa extensions previously. We are now seeing cases on the forum where ILR is being revoked after Britis...

The key point also is if you or the applicant being on student visas if found that working more than his allowed working hours is considered breach of immigration laws, and will be a refusal and potential ban for 10 years.

Thats not right, HO will raise doubts and may push your application or defer it to senior CWs

Question your accountant why this was done?
