Applied 10th May VFS Mumbai
Got Application processing completed and sent to Blue dart on 4th June.
Received passport and visa on sat.

So I guess anytime between 3-5 weeks is perfect.

I would say expect some delays as they MIGHT check with your university on authenticity of your degree. if everything is alright then you should be fine ... but with 8 years long bachelor i would expect them to check with ur university ... make sure rest of the paper work is complete as they might ...
