Re: Naturalisation query

That could be an issue when you worked extra hours during student visa during holidays. As you were allowed only 20 hours a week.

This could be a flaw in your application as a breach.

Re: Got ILR validity 8 years for Main & 5 years for child ??

The bio-metric encryption algorithm key chain expires in 2024, hence the new technology that will be in place by Thales will take effect, hence ILR and any photo/biometric cards have expiry even though ILR never expires.

Re: HO Checking Employment History?

I'll make one last comment. Visas may have been issued in the past, but ILR & PR checks now delve more deeply. Hence a member's reference to Tier1-G ILR refusals after applicants have been given visa extensions previously. We are now seeing cases on the forum where ILR is being revoked after Britis...

Re: Home office either focusing on 5 years or 10y employ his

The key point also is if you or the applicant being on student visas if found that working more than his allowed working hours is considered breach of immigration laws, and will be a refusal and potential ban for 10 years.

Class 1 NIC its the employer contribution or the employee contribution that is missing?

Question your accountant why this was done?

Re: Urgent Employment query: New Director, earlier employed

You need to submit your latest Statement of Accounts from your tax service/SA online HMRC account as you are obliged via SE and non PAYE incomes.

your Tax off ice REf no. will be there.

Thanks,

Re: Immigration History for ILR

I believe now I will eligible for ILR (28 Days before 12-Apr-16, i.e.15-Mar-2016), but have slight confusion on the Section 6: Immigration History of ILR Set(O) form. Below are the 2 Different Calculations and I have some doubts on it. As per 2011 Entry (2nd Entry) , these are my following Absences...

This is def a problem and a major issue when it comes to TAX evasion and declaration.

HO will def check your SE income and evidence of taxes paid on the same, contact an accountant and sort this before going for ILR!

Shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Again a LOCKED thread

Re: Tax return of full-time employed needed for ILR?

underpaid tax and overpaid tax is collected / refunded by HMRC via P800 not SA ( for PAYE).

unless OP has income that is not declared then SA is required, hope this is clear.
