Nirosh, Do not confuse applicants by advising conflicting information. Regardless of how many times you have given your bio metrics every time a new application is made you would be required to register your bio metric details again (ie if your application requires you to do so), doesn't matter if y...

Your friend should have anticipated this a long time ago and not wait for the results of his English language at the last minute before his visa is expiring. Unfortunately no option left for him, he would need to leave the country as current laws does not allow any application to be processed if he ...

Hi Guys, against all rationality I finally decided to check Mr Marfat out and I wasn't too disappointed. He seemed honest (but then generally most of them are initially) and gave me good advice for my situation. I think on the face of it he did not appear to be too bad (even though his control on En...

King Khan's case appear to be more genuine than the other two. He has won the appeal already in the UTT and waiting for Home office to ask for his passport to be stamped. Think Home Office hasn't appealed his decision.

That also should be done at the time of issuing your CAS. There is no requirement for the university to verify your passport, they just need to ensure you have valid tier 4 leave remaining at the time of issuing you a CAS. You can continue with you studies as normal whilst your visa is being processe...

The university should have verified your document before they issue the CAS letter as it is a mandatory requirement by UKBA,I don't see much point verifying it after they have issued you with a CAS letter and the fees being paid. What sort of a University is this? In any case you should inform your ...

I do agree that it is possible for lawyers to win appeal on the basis of a strong argument. However not too sure about the credibility of Mr Marfat as he might be using different names and email ID to promote himself as its too obvious why a barrister would be distributing his personal mobile no's a...

They could check if they wanted to. In any case as a tier 4 visa holder if you are allowed to work 10 hrs or less you shouldn't be breaching that. Moreover your employer shouldn't be offering you longer hrs if your visa states that you are only allowed 10 hrs. But generally in most cases they don't ...
