Thanks for the update Noman83, please pm me i am exactly in the same boat passed F1-F9 and the 3 other Professional's paper have only P2,P7 to pass. I also study at Kaplan. Don't even think of applying! Your fault : PSW closure has been announced nearly a year ago now, you should have started maintaining funds a lot earlier. Have you got a different bank a/c either in uk or abroad with relevant funds?

Hi Vinny/Terriblescream Her first refusal back in 2010 stated the ban period to be 12 months which she has completed. In the secnd refusal which happened just few weeks ago this what they had to say........... You have applied for an entry clearance as a tier 4 dependant to the UK until 13/12/2012 ....
