Hi Guys, against all rationality I finally decided to check Mr Marfat out and I wasn't too disappointed. He seemed honest (but then generally most of them are initially) and gave me good advice for my situation. I think on the face of it he did not appear to be too bad (even though his control on En...

King Khan's case appear to be more genuine than the other two. He has won the appeal already in the UTT and waiting for Home office to ask for his passport to be stamped. Think Home Office hasn't appealed his decision.

That also should be done at the time of issuing your CAS. There is no requirement for the university to verify your passport, they just need to ensure you have valid tier 4 leave remaining at the time of issuing you a CAS. You can continue with you studies as normal whilst your visa is being processe...

The university should have verified your document before they issue the CAS letter as it is a mandatory requirement by UKBA,I don't see much point verifying it after they have issued you with a CAS letter and the fees being paid. What sort of a University is this? In any case you should inform your ...

Bro don't take this personally, but I have noticed that you and Nahid everytime you are posting a comment it is always about promoting Mr Marfat. This may be incidental but it is highly suspicious. This in itself isn't a bad thing that you like to share your success story with other forum members,how...

Well Just found out that barristers are able to interact with members of public without the intervention of a solicitor. This is a new 'Public Access Rule' implemented recently which allows Mr Marfat to engage with members of public directly. But I would still have my skepticism unless I get some co...

I do agree that it is possible for lawyers to win appeal on the basis of a strong argument. However not too sure about the credibility of Mr Marfat as he might be using different names and email ID to promote himself as its too obvious why a barrister would be distributing his personal mobile no's a...

Bro don't get too excited........... Your right to work depends on the rights of the main applicant. In the eyes of UKBA it is the main applicant whose status is of primary importance which would determine whether you have any rights to work. If your wife decides to enroll in any institution other t...

If your wife wants to do an ACCA advise her to do it from a college which are associated with a university and issue CAS directly from university. In which case she would be allowed to work 20 hours and you would keep your right to work as her dependent. Some colleges which are doing this kind of a ...

They could check if they wanted to. In any case as a tier 4 visa holder if you are allowed to work 10 hrs or less you shouldn't be breaching that. Moreover your employer shouldn't be offering you longer hrs if your visa states that you are only allowed 10 hrs. But generally in most cases they don't ...

That is rather strange! If the college is not following the sponsorship guidance or using deception, how could the home office expects the same people to be advising to genuine unsuspecting students about their wrongdoings. UKBA should contact the students and advise of the revocation of the licence...
