Think it should be fine as it is not a bank statement or a utility bill so HO would concern about balance or a address changing, it just a record which remain same even after 10 years unless your friend try to amend it. He isnt amending. just concern as there is a line on Form where it say the docs...

SA302 older then 28 days

Hi Seniors or ILR holders, Is it mandatory that SA302 should not be older then 28 days. As one of my friend asked me about this and I am not sure. He has received 5 years of SA302 back in November but he is applying for ILR in Jan, do he need to request this again which make no sense. Please advise....

My friend had similar issue and he didnt mention it as he asked in written from MET Police that he is not required to inform HO about this course.

So you dont need to worry.

Yes, you can apply on 16 december as your date of arrival is within 90 days.

The gross means before any deduction.

If your salary is 24k you use 2000 your gross salary.
