My friend had similar issue and he didnt mention it as he asked in written from MET Police that he is not required to inform HO about this course.

So you dont need to worry.

Yes, you can apply on 16 december as your date of arrival is within 90 days.

You dont need to worry as ILR will be closed for T1G Main applicants in April 2018, it will not effect the dependents.

The gross means before any deduction.

If your salary is 24k you use 2000 your gross salary.

AIUI, a request for JR has no bearing on the "overstay" of the person in question unless a judicial review concludes that the decision by the immigration authority was not in accordance with law and is annulled. Section 3C leave ceases when appeal rights are exhausted. That said, I might be wrong ....
