Certificate of graduation? Are you talking about your Degree ! Yeh Im sure you will get it back as HO always send back all documents unless it addressed to them (HO). Letter issued by university is also usually enough for PSW..according to guidance.

On the basis of your undergraduate degree with first class this July, you are eligible to apply for PSW (Read the current forms and guidance very carefully). You can do one thing either keep continue doing your masters or apply for PSW but when you get PSW then 24 months clock start the day u get it...

Hi Talk to your college or uni (degree awarding institution) explain them your situation and request them to issue Degree cert earlier...they in most cases consider request like that after all you have paid full fees you may also ask student union rep for help in this regard or your personal tutor/p...
