Patience.....

In time lines we can see many people applied in October but still waiting as UKBA minimum target is 20 working days (4 weeks) so a bit patience as UKBA looks like busy.....GoodLuck

why you don't apply 26th or 27th so UKBA will receive ur application before 29th Nov so this English language condition not apply to you anyway!!!

If you are not in hurry and make your case stronger and above all piece of mind, you have done your degree in English it should not be a problem to pass IELTS with good band (Grade) you should sit in earliest IELTS pass it and attach your IELTS certificate with it...

when you finished your M.Sc as 2009 batch will finish in Sep 2010 !! and if you finished M.Sc last year then why up till now you were waiting to apply for PSW and why you applied for student visa ??? give us some details...

How many hours you will work??

In your contract it should say that its a temporary contract and number of hours you will work if its temporary contract and less then 20 hours you can do any thing as its allowed in rules which i mentioned before.

you brother will give you supporting letter "on court stamp paper" with lawyer's and oath commissioner stamps. UKBA usually acept that along side with ur brother original 3 months bank statements which show that he has enough money in his account

according to home office rules you can work only on temporary contract part time. Hi

UKBA asking to provide printed bank statement they said on several places that they will not accept internet printed statement. you did not mention what type of statement you have for your online saving account? if its from internet ask your bank to stamp and signed then UKBA may accept.
