Just provide your marriage certificate translated in "English language " . I mentioned English language as before in this forum some one sent Birth cert in other language then English and get visa REFUSED !!!

It is a good practice to keep 800 pounds in bank at least 20 days before and after 90 days period!! to be on safe side.

Why you were in soo hurry to take money out of account couldn't you leave it there for few more days.....

If you have some time and you can get new passport then it is better to get new extension on new passport (But 30th June close ). usually Home office take long time to send your passport back but it shouldn't be a problem as you will get ID card they will not put any sticker in your passport you can...

When you change your PSW to Tier 2 category, your 5 years start day your tier 2 migrant stamps. PSW time will not count in 5 years I am afraid you have to complete 5 years in Tier2 then you will be eligible.

PSW time count for 10 years ILR.

I think you should read Certificate of approval form and guidance notes. If you apply for that and then you get married in Council office. then she will be your wife here in UK. Read the notes and see it might help you. no mention of Nikah any where...nop
