I have looked on the forum for info on this and have not found anything.

to put your mind at rest, i know it talks about it in the policy guidance as well but I can talk from personal experience and yes you can apply with fewer than 12 payslips, I did mine with 7 payslips and know someone who did it with 2 payslips, as long as you meet the earnings criteria

i am not sure there is a solution for this, Section 3 -c i think only applies if you have an outstanding application in the system which you will not have

do you not have some other bank accoutn that you had in that first 10 days somewhere else that you can use as proof of maintenance

Hello ScopeD, I am confused about my overall income is dropped with £5k. I think I need 40k or more for my tier1 extension, because as per UKBA you need to prove same earning or more than your initial Tier1 application. Is this Myth or Am I right? :? i applied initially earning £40k and then £35...

dont worry about missing months, as long as the total within any 12 months in the last 15 months meets the income criteria

in addition u can use less than 12 months if you want, some do it in 1 month!!

By BRP you mean British Passport? If yes, you are clearly British, and need to appreciate that British Citizens are not required to have a British Passport. A passport is only required if foreign travel is contemplated. A British Citizen is no less British if they do not possess a British passport....

try when the 6th week ahead of your appointment date opens up on the tuesday of that week,

try after 4pm each day in that week, check every 15 minutes

you will probably find if you are within 6 weeks already you wont get an appointment

Immanuel 2010, do you think this is the first time UKBA have sent out contradicting information? If you have been on this forum a while you will know they have.
