Further the letter says that under Section 82 of national immigration and asylum act, I am not entitled to appeal where an applicant still has leave to enter or remain in country. Are ...

Re: Some imp Questions - will help all TIER 1 VISA holders.

Hi Everybody, I am starting this thread to collect and share information on buying property and getting loans in Uk. To begin with, I am posing some questions which the members can answer and will be a good start. 1) Getting married and finally decided to move out of my uncle's place. During the ho...

I agree with sushdmehta. When your solicitor acted on your behalf, he would have still have got you to sign the application form, when you signed the forms, this meant you had read through all the material submitted and agreed the facts and figures submitted in the application were the truth. I gues...

if you have ignored whatever anyone has said and read the POLICY GUIDANCE on the UKBA website you would not have a problem. It clearly states what evidence of funds you need to show when been in the UK for less than 12 months or more than 12 months. Forget what people are saying just follow the POLI...

As long as you meet the income criteria ie. any 12 consecutive months in the last 15 months, then you are alright. So if you meet the income criteria with just 2 months income say 12 months ago, then you are still alright. You dont need to be in a job at time of application, just meet the criteria t...

The caseworkers should consider the gross dividend paid to the applicant. Where a breakdown of the dividend payments is given on the pay advice, the gross dividend is the net dividend payment plus the tax credit stated. Re: Tier 1 Extension ( Post 6th April 2011 )

Hi, I was following this forum for a long time. Recently one email from my immigration lawyer on my extension made me nervous about the recent change taking place after 6th April. I found many posts where its suggests that there will be no change of rule for extension of Tier 1 G category applied t...

Re: Will UK immigration ban affect visa(s) to EU countries?

Well i hope no one replies to you!! Increased Visa Fees

Did the proposed visa fees increase from 6th April get approved by Parliament. Dependent visas appeared to have doubled from £250 to £500, main applicant from £850 to £1000?

I find this a ridiculous increase for people doing extensions after 6th April 2011, but has it been passed?

How soon or late can I apply for my Tier1 extension? My T1 runs out on 9th June 2011. I am planning a vacation from 7th May to 24th May. Shall I apply in April waiting in anxiety for my passport to return? Or shall I apply after my vacations? I hope I don't have to apply 5 weeks earlier as a rule? ...

sushdmehta thought you may need 120 points rather than 100 points because UKBA probably used the word 'attributes' incorrectly and not in the right context.

its 100 points for everything (80 + 20) , can we drop the subject now
