The question is not whether it is a public fund or not but rather if you can claim without affecting your residency, see Chapter 12 of the ECIS . After going through it... Hi

When ever I ring HO, they keep telling me that COA will take 6 weeks before I get it... is it same with you guys or are they just telling me in other to stop me from disturbing them. Any clue?

Just curious. Has anybody apply lately? Cos I made an application on Monday and rang them today only to be told from the first lad that it will take 3weeks for me to get COA while I called back few mins later the woman who attended to me told me it will take 8 weeks for me to receive COA. dont know ...

First thing submit an EEA2 app with ur passport, marriage cert, ur wife irish passport and contract of employment plus pay slip. Those are the basic requirements. If they want anything else they will inform u. Make sure u use ur wife irish passport. Later u can apply for tv licence n etc as proof o...

Hi Laia, Hope this helps, what u need to do is to apply in republic with ur wife irish passport because she is working in UK.
