I dont think there's such a thing as reactivate tier1, all i know is u'll have to apply for a new visa under a category suitable to u. And ofcourse, u must know that tier1-general has been closed.

No, I dont think theres a restriction on the dependent to travel within certain number of days of getting visa. As I remember my dad got his visa and came here and then my mom came here almost after an year, and no problems at all. But, the case might be a bit different, as it was in those early day...

Not really proof for my accommodation. But the general consensus is that people normally submit tenancy agreement as proof of accomodation of main applicant so that UKBA is convinced that the spouse has somewhere to stay. They may want to ensure dependents will be adequately housed without the need...

Hi all,
Can experts or someone please confirm what fees will be applied to dependants applying from outside of UK??
As, I can't see any mention of changes to Tier1 General dependant fees.
