@mt_dilber: yes i know, but my employer has given me a printed sheet of paper with all the details of my jon on it and it say Certificate Of Sponsorship on the top right corner and he told me he downloaded it from the sponsorship management system

Does this mean that anybody who is in non-shortage occupation list, even if employer has conducted resident labour market test, and anybody on PSW should not waste their time and energy.. and lose hope for their COS request???

i've read other posts and also heard from a friend of mine that HO might totally get rid of T1 scheme in next year and only make T2 as a route to work in uk, which is quite alarming to me.
now question is, if someone is already on T1, does that mean that he'll not be able to extend his visa.
