Cash Saving

Hi, I have a question which I could not find a definite answer to it. it is actually for my friend, is it possible that someone applies for Spouse visa and uses just cash saving (£63000) for financial requirements? I've heard that it could be used on its own and it should be used to compensate short...

Re: Final Check

Hi everyone, I have been away for some personal reasons and could not post here. I had to change the appointment to late Jan due to some matters but everything was done perfect and I received ILR using the documents I mentioned above. I applied in Croydon and the whole process did not take more than...

Re: varying an application following PEO appointment

You can vary your application before any decision has been made. It seems that you should apply by post but there is a topic in this forum that even you can do it at PEO. When you fill the application form in many questions there is an option that your documents are with UKVI. Also you can write a l...

Re: unpaid absence from U.K

The rules and guidance are so unclear and vague about this matter. Their replies in What Do They Know are not accurate in my view. But I guess your absence is classified as compassionate reason and so you can prepare related documents.

Re: Final Check

thank you for your reply. I thought of that but it said that other should be ticked just for compassionate reasons. I am explaining in a cover letter. Home Officer application forms are full of these unclear questions. Again thank you all

Re: Final Check

Actually, I have an absence letter and also employer letter and I dont have any issue on that regards. All my absences were short and for visit purposes. My questions was how to answer question 6.3 on the application form. Anyway, I will update you.

Re: Final Check

Thank you for your help but my main question is not about the documents actually about how to reply to this question. as this question is very unclear. only the first option (employer letter) is relevant to my case and there is no option for letter.

again thank you very much

Re: Final Check

thank you for your help but i am employed and in the form there is an option for a letter from employer. my question is that that option will not explain all my absences alone. then shall I just tick that option? question 6.3 is very unclear and the options are just for employment related absences a...

Re: Final Check

I just came to a question: in application in question 6.3 it said: What evidence has been provided to support the reasons for all absences from the UK? As I explained before I am providing a letter from employer. for some of the absences I was looking for job and so there is no evidence but my own s...

Re: Final Check

I should not be employed for the whole 5 years according to the rules and Tier 1 General could be unemployed. Also, I was looking for job. I was not on Tier 2 and it took time to find a proper job. I did some part time casual jobs which were just to not getting bored!

Final Check

Hi, I am going to apply on 5th Jan and I want to do a final check on my documents: I am on Tier 1 for 5 years, first entry Jan 2010. I will apply in PEO Croydon. I am not a permanent employee. I am going to submit: -payslips for 12 months -bank statements showing payments -IELTS which I used in my i...

Loan and Credit Card

Hi, I know that similar question has been asked in the past. I am going to apply for ILR. My earning is much higher than the requirement. Due to personal reasons and also improving my credit rate, i've used credit cards and received loans from my bank. So far, I have not had any late payments and ev...

Re: Absence Letter Sample

Thank you. I meant by new, the guidance after 2010 as the template on the sticky area was posted in 2010. I know well that I can get a letter confirming that I were absent from XXXX to XXX as annual leave or for work/duty purposes. My main concern is about the weekend absences as guidance asked for ...

Re: Absence Letter Sample

I searched the form and especially sticky section. Sticky section is not updated and the relevant post is for 2010. The new guidance asks for something that was not required before, for example absences during the weekends. It would be appreciated if any of the successful applicants leave their lett...

Re: ILR Success at PEO Croydon 21/11/14 - contractor self em

Congratulations! And your post is very helpful and comprehensive. About the P60, as the other users said (hsr1972) employment in the last 5 years is not a requirement for Tier 1 Generals. CW can ask anything but they have to stick to the rules. If an applicant (like me) was not in employment for a p...
