But once i am devorced i mean if i'm divoced now, does that invalidate my PR status ?

And what papers do i submit when applying for my naturalization ?

I had a understanding that its a general rule that if you have legally lived in england for 10 years you are eligible to apply for ILR..? that is teh genaral rule for anyone who has lived in uk for 10+ years..i have had this advise from HO though...

HI Guys,
I had 3 points on mylicense for speeding. It caught on camera. I was driving 69 on a 60 limit road. Then i appealed and magistrate gave me 3 points and fine.

Do i have to declare this on my eea 4 application ?

HI,
I have spoken to the HO and they said having your passport back does not make any difference to your queue or processing time. This was confirmed to me by 2 different persons when i called HO last week.

But hey, if you can wait , why not. :D

HI Gemma, Why dont you ask for your passport back...the EU rules say HO has to complete teh process within 6 months max..i wonder if you ask for your passpoprt back saying you need to travel urgently, they will simply just return your passport with required visa...i have heard few cases like this.. ...

hi wanderer, once i ahve completed 6 years will i need to provide my spouces documents for the naturalisation ? or, if i have provided all doc and had the pr stamp through EEA4 , that will be enough, as in i dont have to provide any supporting doc from my spouce on the 6th year before naturalisation...
