let us know what your husband was doing in the UK before kids were born and if he had WRS done in time if it was required. As adviced your kids may be British by birth so no need to register and pay fees.

Only British Citizens can applyfor British passport. You need to get PR first which could be in your case in 2017 and year later for BC.

Did you read AN forn at all? They asking what is your intention after getting BC, I can imagine they expect to see one of the UK members there.
