PR received but name miss spelt

Finally received PR with appropriate residency card in the passport but unfortunately they have 1 letter wrong in the surname (they have put an I instead of an L)

How quickly can it be fixed?

Marriage to non-eu with PR

Getting confused with definitions here I think.

Party 1 is a non-EU national with Permanent Residency in the UK

Party 2 is dual british and irish citizen

Do they need a Certificate of Approval for to marriage in the UK?

Your friend has to have been in the UK under EU law for 5 years to qualify for PR and the aforementioned period cannot comprise other immigration categories. At present she only qualifies to retain her rights of residence in the UK. What other law has she been under? Entered as wife of EEA and stay...

Unfortunately, you friend cannot use EEA4 as she has not been in the UK , with the EEA national, under community law and as a person who has retained rights of residence for 5 Years. Besides she cannot do much at present until the Decree absolute has been passed, and after that, she can't use EEA 4...
