Re: EEA PR Refusal Advice

Totally agree with Noajthan last point, a wise person said to sleep over it and look over the refusal with a fresh pair of eyes and arm yourself with unimpeachable evidence which should help make your next steps clearer. On a positive note in appeal you can add more evidence to what you have already...

Re: EEA PR Refused unjustly

@Noetic
Haha I wished I'd provided too much information, perhaps the outcome would have been different, no regrets though they had enough information. They say less is more, don't think so.

Re: EEA PR Refusal Advice

Hi mall Sorry to hear you've been refused the confirmation you requested. I've been refused also so I know what it feels like. Okay to actions... I'd take anything the helpline tell you with a pinch of salt, you know what the requirements are the caseworker either agrees based on the documents you'v...

Hi Nazar jan123
Am afraid in an unmarried partner EEA2 application the COA will not have right to work until the application has been decided.

Re: EEA PR Refused unjustly

@noahjthan thanks for that, my employer had carried out an ECS check with HO first week of May as i was close to the 6 month timeline and they responded with a positive verification allowing me to carry on working till november 2016, unsurprisingly the same day the verification result was passed to ...

Re: EEA PR Refused unjustly

@noahjthan Thanks for the link, I've had a look at the link above, I remember seeing this case, it's a shame it had to go all the way to the upper tribunal to get the right outcome. That said I've spoonfed the letter and quoted they are satisfied I and my sponsor have lived continuously for 5 years,...

Re: EEA PR Refused unjustly

I agree with both of you my ex spouse were married in April 2010 and issued EEA1 and EEA2, hence we acquired PR in April 2015. I did provide evidence in the form of HMRC tax calculation for the 5 years, I knew they'd want to see evidence up to divorce in October 2015 even though I'd already acquired...

Re: EEA PR Refused unjustly

Hi Noajthan I couldn't agree any more with you, I know a judge would clearly identify the divorce is irrelevant as there's evidence that shows treaty rights exercised continuously for 5 years. But as a tax payer I don't want to be burden on the public purse by going appeal. I don't suppose you have ...

Thank you very much for your advice. You can apply for PR with evidence of your (eea) ex up till d...
