Re: Minimum Salary requirements for ILR after 4-APR -2014

This salary is based on 37 hours (source:Migration Advisory Committee)
i think it should be 40 hours.... it looks like 37 hours is only for electrical engineers (national grid submission to MAC). Please double check though.

Tax credit - Is National insurance number required for both?

My family has been granted ILR status about a month back. My wife does not have a National insurance number yet as she hasn't worked so far. We are planning to apply for tax credits. Is it ok to make a joint claim with just my NI number? Can we make the application without the NI number for partner?

Hi ,
My kids were not born in UK and they were on Tier2 dependent visas. If they were born here, then no need to include them in ILR as you say..

Re: ILR Success (Tier 2G) at Liverpool PEO

Kais -As per guidance only one payslip and one bank statement is required, both no older than a month. I submitted the last 3 payslips, because I had them with me readily available. So it is upto you -- strictly speaking for Tier 2 G only one which is the latest is required.

Re: ILR Success (Tier 2G) at Liverpool PEO

Hola - my job title hasn't changed.. and as I mentioned I didn't have any sort of interaction with the case worker. If I remember correctly the sponsor rules: if the SOC code doesn't change then a change of employment is not required. Perhaps only needed to update UKBA regarding this and no need to ...

Thanks! I will take 4 yr HMRC history/ P60's as backup and will submit only if asked. I am taking only the latest pay slips for 3 months. My employer letter is very similar to the one here: http://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/employer-letter-income-threshold-wp-tier-2-t76413....

Re: TIER 2 ICT Dependent to ILR

I am no expert... but I think this is fine. It is continuous leave that matters. Even the main applicant is allowed 180 days out of uk, for dependent there is no such written restrictions. As long as she has lived in total 2 years and you can show your marriage certificate (subsisting marriage) and ...

In case your degree is not awarded points in the PBS calculator: You can provide a letter from university stating that your masters degree is taught in english, along with a NARIC statement of comparibility. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/settlement/knowledge-language-life/demon...

Hi, The salary threshold for CODE 2119 seems to be £26,000 for experienced worker (more than 3year 1 month experience). Please double check. It is upto the way one interprets it. Can you please confirm if you submitted NARIC statement of comparibility or NARIC english language assessment? Also did you submit any PBS calculator print out?
