if i were you i would send degree certificate to naric uk and ask for equavalency and once i get that equavalency certificate i would send that as proof to home office , it will make education points to be marked easily and home office will not send it to naric for equavalency........ dont trust cal...

they are keeping self employed casel........as thats not straight farward case....

you should get naric comparibility.

if i were you i would go for naric comparibility , which is a solid proof and makes points for qualification for sure... one of my friend had points for his qualification from uzbatkistan... and when he applied HO didnt' give him points for education.... saying naric didn't give comparibilty.... so ...

dont need to explain them....

just catagorize your documents and present them well with sticky notes marking what documents they are.. and make sure you have all required documents.....and thats it.....

put all documents in section!

catagorize all your documents....make for to 5 catogories.... and clip each catagory documents seperately... and then put sticky note on each catagory saying these are 1, educational documents... 2, self employement bank statements, maintenance funds for me and wife 3, job letter, accountant letter,...

it better idea to clip documents in sections... and then put a stick note saying these docuements shows
my bank statement, maintenance funds, and etc...

so they will give you straight way points and easy for them to mark as well....

i would say you get 35 points.... but double check with calculator....and send your documents to naric to be given proper degree level....

i have been given no comparibility for my PGD , is there any refund....of my 40 or 47 pounds....? anyone got refund... as one of naric guy told me on phone if we dont do comparibility then we dont deduct amount...... but i didn't ask them when my statement was negative.... please let me know if anyb...

i got letter from Naric yesterday they refused to give me comparibility for PGD of LCMIT.... saying that doesnt fit to their standard and some European law...bla...bla... so dont bother sending your PGD if the awarding bodies are colleges themselves.... i know LCMIT and Grafton College and heard of ...

if Naric gives equavalency for PGD diploma , can we claim points from that Diploma for English language? bcoz i read in T1 guidence that if qualification is not on calculator and Naric gives points for that there will still be a need to do English langaugue requirements.... can anybody help me with ...
