Re: Citizenship and Traffic offence

Yes u must declare it :!: if you went to court which is very likely because driving on international licence is considered to be serious so they always send court summons...then yes they will refuse ur appliaction. You must wait until it gets spent. If you didn't had to go to the court which is very...

Re: COUNCIL TAX SUMMONS... HELP PLS

It depends when HO carries out their checks ...if they have already i.e. before 27th then u should be fine otherwise they may ask you to provide them further details as i'm assuming these summons were produced after u made ur HO application.

Re: Right of entry as BC but non-BC/EU passport

Once you neutralized as a british citizen i.e. after attending a BC ceremony ur PR stamp will automatically get expired/cancelled. On the airport you can't get through showing ur BC certificate as u are suppose to use a british passport to travel. If immigration staff put any note on their system th...

If you still have your Srilankan passport in date with a uk visa or ILR you can leave your British passport here & do your trip as a Srilankan. My friend recently done it. UK do not inform srilanka that you are British now. So Srilankan authorities are not aware of that. You may have to be careful ...

Re: Penalty Charge Notice

There is nothing to worry at all about because it is a PCN not an FPN. HO doesn't want to know about PCN.

FPN is fixed penalty notice... this is when you get points endorced on ur licence + fine.

So don't worry you are fine
