I have seen many cases where the stamps were missing and they got successful outcomes. Its normal that no one is there at France border to chk ur visa status but here at UK border there is always someone for checkin... HO does have an access to all applicant's UK entry and exit dates which they may ...

Yes u must declare it :!: if you went to court which is very likely because driving on international licence is considered to be serious so they always send court summons...then yes they will refuse ur appliaction. It depends when HO carries out their checks ...if they have already i.e. before 27th then u should be fine otherwise they may ask you to provide them further details as i'm assuming these summons were produced after u made ur HO application.

Yes u are right you cant collect them from post office. Best option is to call them and request them to update ur address... i don't think they get delievered by courier service where they left a drop card because mine were delievered by some sort of special ppl who took my house front view photo fi...
