Tax credits must be claimed jointly with your partner. So the answer is no, you cannot claim as a single claimant. My baby boy is 5 weeks old, I registered I want to know if he is British citizen.
His mother is illegal, I have ILR, we aren't married.

ILR on 14 years

Hi friends!
Today is exactly 1 year that I got my ILR through the 14 years lawful and unlwaful stay........ Now I would to know if I can apply the citizenship or do I have to wait? And how long?
