Its depend on the situation... If you have been married with EEA for 5 years in the UK (and EEA have been exercising treaty right for 5 years) then your clock period starts from the day of your marriage and the day of your EEA have started her treaty right. You are confusing a residence card and a registration certificate without which you are not allowed to work being an Accession State national. In order for her then to have exercised her treaty rights as a worker, she needed to register her work or be self-employed (where you don't need to register...

5 years treaty right proof - eea3/eea4

Can anyone advice whether over 5 years employment history letter from HMRC AND employment letter confirming 5 years period of employment is sufficient enough to support your EEA3/EEA4 application OR you must have to show 5 years P60s/payslips to support EEA3/EEA4 application... :?:

£300 is absolutely extortionate. Especially for something they are legally not allowed to charge for. Even if you had a pretty well paid job, I do not know who in their right mind would pay £300 to these thieves when they can just wait a few months for their decision (and can still work using the...

your first day of arrival in the UK is the date when you first entered in the UK (for long term basis more than 6 months) i.e. student/working/spouse visa.

Vistor/Tourist visa doesn't count.

I asked the same question from immigration advisor when i was applying for my RC 5 years ago. Hope it helps.

I will appreciate this services fee, providing refundable if your application fail. It depends on the circumstances i.e. your job is on sake, or travelling plans, etc. It will definately helps a lot of applicants.

The fee should not be more than £100.

I am pretty sure, if your application is pending for decision under UK law and your visa has expired then it would not effect your legal status. However, here you are applying under EU law and if it rejected then I don't think you would be able to apply for ILR. The reason is that if you apply ILR (...

Is my EEA4 application guaranteed to be rejected, then? And if it is, would I lose the ability to extend my Tier 1 visa?
If your EEA4 application would reject, then it would not affect your Tier 1 visa.

I have alternatively heard that student time would count, but that overstaying my student would count as a break in the 5 year period (?). Usually student time does not count towards 5 year period in UK immigra...
