I am pretty sure, if your application is pending for decision under UK law and your visa has expired then it would not effect your legal status. Is my EEA4 application guaranteed to be rejected, then? And if it is, would I lose the ability to extend my Tier 1 visa?
If your EEA4 application would reject, then it would not affect your Tier 1 visa.

No.

Your student status doesn't count 5 year residency. Your residency clock start form the day of your marriage with EEA national. You are eligible to apply for PR in June 2015 depend on the applicable law at that time.

Just being curious,do they allow to use internet and mobiles in detention centres? Detnetion centres are not like lockups or jails. May be dgres would be here in UK very soon with the help of his wife and share his experience with us. However, I am still confused how come UKBA could remove someone without giving him a chance to proof his status? thats a mestry :idea:
