Our problem is my EEA wife lost her first year P60 so we arrange HMRC letter stating her 5 years history of employment, employment contract and also confirmation letter of her employment by her employer covering more thatn 5 years period of her job.

Can anyone advice whether over 5 years employment history letter from HMRC AND employment letter confirming 5 years period of employment is sufficient enough to support your EEA3/EEA4 application OR you must have to show 5 years P60s/payslips to support EEA3/EEA4 application... :?:

your first day of arrival in the UK is the date when you first entered in the UK (for long term basis more than 6 months) i.e. student/working/spouse visa.

Vistor/Tourist visa doesn't count.

I asked the same question from immigration advisor when i was applying for my RC 5 years ago. Hope it helps.

I will appreciate this services fee, providing refundable if your application fail. It depends on the circumstances i.e. your job is on sake, or travelling plans, etc. It will definately helps a lot of applicants.

The fee should not be more than £100.

Your case look weak. You must have to show something that strongly suggest that you are in durable relationship i.e. council tax bills, utility bills, joint or individuals bank statements at the same address, doctors appointment letters etc...
