I don't think that the $10 would be an issue at all. When I applied for extension there was even an overwriting in two of my wageslips which was never questioned. So I would say its immaterial.

Good luck

@ gaurav You are suppose to fill 66000 band and not 12000. as if you declare 12000 you will not be eligible for tier 1. I agree with Sudeepss. You need to mention the equivalent amount in pounds and that is why the uplift rate is provided. UKBA knows that earning £66,000 straight in those countrie...

PBS dependants (excluding children) should live at least two years in the UK with their partners. Hi Vinny, Thanks for that, but still the doubt is apart from total years together, regarding absense from UK , is there any rule like for main applicant ? regards Raj RajUK you have mentioned clearly a...

Thanks. Do you mean to say that an e-statement which has the bank logo on top printed on colour printer should be more than enough?
I think e-statement are not normally accepted. If you have an e-statement (internet), you need to stamp and sign it from the bank officials.

Re: Date of Validity for Visa

Hi all - I'd appreciate any advice you can offer: I am currently in the UK on a Tier 5 (YMS) visa expiring in April 2011. I am returning to Australia next week to apply for Tier 1 (General) given the monthly caps and the recent announcement that pretty much scraps Tier 1 from 1 April 2011. I am not...

I think the last line referred to by Ram needs some thought. You need to check your company constitution or memorandum of articles of association. What does it say about the directors pay? there must be a procedure and guidelines for that. And as Ram stated, if you have to pay taxes at end of the da...

Re: Tier 1 (General) or Tier 1 (PSW)

I would also suggest T1G as PSW would not count towards ILR, if that is your ultimate objective. PSW is not scrapped as T1G but there would be a consultation on that. Please read the detail speech of the Home Secy which is available on the UK BIA website. Mk I completed my MBA from UK in July'2010. ...
