Believe me you dont need to submit HMRC employment letter or p60's. It is always advisable not to complicate your matter by giving unwanted documents which may spoil the case.

hey you being now on tier1 g dont need payslips your friend has given you very wrong advice. you just need 12 payslips and 12 bank statements for ilr. no need of any hmrc employment letter also. as the application form clearly mentions any 2 of the documents so payslips and bank stmt to prove that w...

Hi

Solihull slots are generally released in next 15 days availiblity. When i booked Solihull last week it was showing me availiblity for next 2 weeks only so looks like they release the slots only for 2 weeks.

Depends on the case worker as i was asked why the employer name is not shown so i provided a letter from the employer stating that the payments were done by them.

You will receive the same points for age as the points for age is considered as in the 1st successful application and you also need to show the same salary band which was demonstrated during the first successful application

Make Sure you have P60 or p45 from your previous employer which is the proof of your earnings and tax paid for the same . So any tiff would not be a problem.

Croydon is the London Based PEO. You cannot do biometrics first if you are applying by post...And if you decide to do it in PEO biometrics is done on the same Day.

Depends on the type of solicitor or OISC adviser starting from 500 to 1500 but if you are employed and your case is straight forward then better do it your self.

TIER 1 has been closed for new applicants and Switching from april 2011. Only current people on Tier 1 and hsmp are allowed to extend their existing visa.

You can switch to tier 1 dependent but you need to switch it from the home country as switching in UK is discontinued if i am not wrong

We dont need the previous approval letter at all. when i had submitted the second time the case worker denied to accept that letter as required document and returned it back saying we dont need it.

Yes you can show your current account or savings account in case its a joint account then page 46 needs to be signed by the joint applicant.
